OUR IMPACT

NONPROFIT PARTNERS

"The work was amazing - so many hands, doing so much, in such a short amount of time and what a wonderful difference. The garden had been neglected for years. Rotten wood, old flower beds, dead vines entangled the fence made the garden a space that was off-limits for students. Now it is ready for replanting. The halls are painted and the outdoor patio was cleaned up. The work of HandsOn Bay Area showed the Global Family School community, teachers, students and their families that other folks care about them. "
Rosalind Sarah, principal, Global Family School at Jefferson Elementary, Oakland

"HOBA is the gift that keeps on giving. Thanks a million."
Carol Laughlin, community engagement manager, Jumpstart
